Grabuone Outfitters began about 20 years ago at Lake St. John near Waterproof Louisiana by accident when Jimmie Nichols was fishing with a friend named Rayford Paler.  Rayford was a little shaken by a large diamondback water snake that was perched near the boat, when Jimmie grabbed the snake and pulled him into the boat, Rayford went to work with the paddle.  Rayford later told Jimmie that he should just start grabbin snakes nad quit fishing since Jimmie was not much of a fisherman anyway. 

Later the annual fishing trip moved to Lake Washington near Greenville, Ms. Along came Joey Rigby, Joey Mayes, Shane Gibson and then Brad Vincent.  The guys started filming the snake grabbin and posted a video no Youtube called Snake Hunt Mississippi Style.  The video was an overnight hit.  Several talk radio shows later, several TV shows and now there are three DVD's for sale loaded with lots of bare handed snake grabbin, comedy and music.  The DVD's are guaranteed to keep you on the edge of your seat. 

The group has a website, http://www.grabuone.com/ and a booming facebook page, grab u one outfitters, inc.  The facebook page recently topped 3,000 fans and is still growing.  The crew has shot video with Jason Miller of Crossin Dixon, Walt Grayson from look around Ms. and the new DVD includes sound clips from JT and Andy Peterson from 97.3 SuperTalk Ms.

The guys have shot TV shows with RedNeck Adventures TV Show, Raised Up Right Outdoors TV Show and Look Around Mississippi.  The crew has been featured in several magazines and news papers all over the Southeastern United States.  They also have the first spot of the season with Ms. Outdoors TV show to air in September.
